With 25 years’ experience in working in Human Resources, Sara is a well-known and well-respected member of the Tasmanian Business Community and is committed to excellence in client service delivery. She has coached, developed and mentored hundreds of clients in Tasmania and the mainland to unlock their potential and realise positive change. She holds of Bachelor of Science (Honours Degree) in Psychology and is an accredited Life Coach and Pilates instructor.

Tony has extensive board and commercial experience in Tasmania and throughout Australia. Tony has served on numerous Boards, including his recent role of Deputy Chair of Tourism Northern Tasmania. He has completed the Company Directors Course with AICD, and is a Fellow/ Member of the AICD, CPA Australia, The Australian Marketing Institute and the Change Management Institute. Tony has lectured in Human Resources and Business Strategy at the University of Tasmania, and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Management.

He has held positions with private training providers, peak sporting bodies, large franchise operations, recruitment and employment agencies, as well as spending his early career as a school teacher – where the drive to inspire others was born.
