Sara Redman is a Director of SRA Corporate Change, Tasmania’s premier provider of leadership, culture and strategy. She is an experienced development coach, mentor, corporate facilitator, author and public speaker.

With 25 years’ experience in working in Human Resources, Sara is a well-known and well-respected member of the Tasmanian Business Community and is committed to excellence in client service delivery. She has coached, developed and mentored hundreds of clients in Tasmania and the mainland to unlock their potential and realise positive change. She holds of Bachelor of Science (Honours Degree) in Psychology and is an accredited Life Coach and Pilates instructor.  

With a special interest in leadership, workplace culture, and wellbeing, Sara delivers genuine and engaging presentations on a variety of topics including ‘Conversations that Count’ and ‘Courageous Leadership’.


Tony Chapman is a Director of SRA Corporate Change, Tasmania’s premier provider of leadership, culture and strategy services to government and corporate sectors.

Tony has extensive board and commercial experience in Tasmania and throughout Australia. Tony has served on numerous Boards, including his recent role of Deputy Chair of Tourism Northern Tasmania. He has completed the Company Directors Course with AICD, and is a Fellow/ Member of the AICD, CPA Australia, The Australian Marketing Institute and the Change Management Institute. Tony has lectured in Human Resources and Business Strategy at the University of Tasmania, and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Management.

With a special interest in leadership development, strategy, business research and intelligence and project facilitation and management, Tony delivers thought provoking presentations on a variety of topics including Leadership, Strategy and Culture. His most popular key notes include; Leading to Simplicity and Professional Services – The Next Generation.


Nic Stephen is an Associate Director at SRA Corporate Change, he is a leadership coach, facilitator, cultural strategist, teacher and Stroke survivor.

He has held positions with private training providers, peak sporting bodies, large franchise operations, recruitment and employment agencies, as well as spending his early career as a school teacher – where the drive to inspire others was born. Nic has worked across the business spectrum, developing a great diversity of skill, experience, knowledge and practice. To Nic, outstanding leaders develop and breathe life into those around them, helping others to believe in themselves and drive transformational change.
