Lynne Chapman

Lynne is a results-driven HR practitioner with a demonstrated track record of achievement in the design and implementation of contemporary recruitment and human resource strategies and tools.

 

Lynne is General Manager of SRA Executive, a division of SRA Corporate Change and specialises in executive recruitment and board appointments. She has 20 years experience in human resources and search and selection, consulting in this area since 2006. She carefully tailors recruitment and selection processes to specifically suit her client’s needs and establishes long-term relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Lynne has worked with a wide range of organisations nationally within the corporate, not-for-profit and government sectors. She has successfully facilitated a number of significant board and executive appointments across a diverse client base, including Chairperson, Non-Executive Director, CEO, General Manager, CFO and other executive management positions. More recently, Lynne has had a particular focus on the facilitation of board appointments for Tasmanian State Government businesses.

Lynne has worked with clients, offering her knowledge and expertise on their organisational structures, developing tailored recruitment campaigns, managing bulk recruitments and conducting extensive reviews of client’s recruitment processes and executive remuneration structures.

She holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management & Marketing), she is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI).
